Outreach is an important component of the Ford Center mission and we are committed to providing programming as educational and enriching as it is entertaining. The Ford Center collaborates with university academic units to celebrate their disciplines with guest appearances that combine scholarship and artistic expression. We provide opportunities for university students to engage with national and internationally recognized artists in masterclasses, lectures, or demonstrations. The Ford Center is dedicated to serving our community by offering arts experiences for children with our Daytime School Series, Youth Music Theatre Workshop, and Family Friendly programming. Hundreds of school children visit our Holiday Village each year to ooh and ahh over the wonderful sights and sounds of this cheerful confection.
